Former Geto Boy Willie D pleaded guilty to wire fraud in a Houston court on Friday (Dec. 18). The 42-year-old Texas rap legend was arrested back in May at the Bush/Intercontinental Airport and accused of having scammed close to 30 people of over $132,000 through his front company Texas One Wireless, which sold iPhones and related electronics in bulk on eBay, then never delivered the goods.

He admitted to having defrauded his "customers," keeping their payments and sending them fake tracking numbers for their non-existent products. Willie was freed on bond, and initially pleaded not guilty to 15 counts of wire fraud, however he countered his plea yesterday, opting for a lesser sentence.

Willie D's sentencing will take place on April 23, 2010. He faces up to 20 years in prison, and $250,000 in fines.
