Fat Joe Released From Prison, Surprises Daughter [Video]

After serving three months in prison on tax evasion charges, Fat Joe was released Thursday (Nov. 28) and is finally home. The Bronx rapper posted a video on Instagram of the joyful reunion with his family. Warning: It will cause warm fuzzies in your heart!

In the 15-second clip, Joe surprises his daughter who walks pass her dad without even recognizing him. It’s not until she does a double-take that she realizes that it’s Papa Joe. She then jumps into Joe’s arms for a warm embrace and everybody is happy he's home.

This is the cutest father-and-daughter moment we’ve seen this year. We know the Cartagena family has a lot to be thankful for on this traditional holiday.
