For the past couple of months, Elle Varner has teased us with some great songs to prepare us for her second album, '4 Letter Word.' On Wednesday (July 9), the R&B songstress delivered the official lead single from the set titled 'Don't Wanna Dance' featuring A$AP Ferg.

The summery track features a soulful groove and a light-hearted rap from the Trap Lord, himself. On it, Varner wishes she never went to the club and would rather stay at home with her boo.

"Though it's a lot of a fine boys in here I'm still thinking about you / I should try and pretend to be happy for a minute or two / They are playing Weezy / Is this a party?" she croons.

Meanwhile, Ferg admits she should've stayed at home so they could watch 'Martin' together.

"And you need to get back home to me / Giving your body a massage with the cozy feet / New perfume, aroma is sweet / Forget those ghetto-ass clubs with those phony peeps," he raps.

Despite the song's title, Varner's song will make you want to do the two-step on the dance floor.

On Twitter, the 25-year-old artist suggested that she's getting back to her R&B roots with her latest single.

"If I'm not mistaken #Dontwannadance doesn't sound like anything on the radio! Nor did OWGITY [Only Wanna Give It to You] or Refill....back to my ellement," she tweeted.

We're glad she's back. Elle Varner's album, '4 Letter Word,' is scheduled to hit stores in the fall.
