Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna have welcomed their first child together, Dream Renee Kardashian. The reality stars' baby girl came in at 7 pounds and 5 ounces via C-section at 9:18 a.m PST today (Nov. 10).

A source told E News! that the baby is "gorgeous and has a ton of hair!"  As previously reported, Chyna, 28, and Kardashian, 29, arrived at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles early this morning. Kris Jenner and Cory Gamble as well as Chyna's mom, Tokyo Toni were in attendance for the baby's birth. Footage from the birth will, of course, air on E! via a special program, "Rob & Chyna Baby Special."

Dream is Rob and Chyna's first child together, though Chyna also has a 3-year-old son, King, from a previous relationship with Tyga, who currently dates Rob's sister Kylie Jenner.

The "Rob & Chyna Baby Special" will air on Dec. 18 at 8 p.m.
