Baby Kardashian is almost here!

Blac Chyna is at the Cedars-Sinai Hospital getting ready to deliver the first Kardashian heir, according to TMZ.

Kris Jenner and Corey Gamble arrived to the LA hospital shortly after 7:30am. It's been reported that Chyna is in an exclusive suite, and is having a scheduled C-section. It was scheduled for 8:30 AM PT.

Grandma Jenner hired a bunch of bodyguards to protect the baby and make sure no photographs are taken. She wanted to make sure Rob and Chyna were especially safe as well.

Chyna's mom, Tokyo Toni, is also in LA to witness the birth of her new grandchild. She posted a selfie of herself a couple days ago captioned, "I'm on my way to LA To see my grand baby step into the world."

Rob Kardashian also posted a picture to his instagram, prior to the delivery, of a car seat and the caption "We Ready". But it was quickly deleted.

Although the family is happy and congratulations are in order, some issues have arisen. Cameras were ready at the hospital this morning to record a TV special of the birth. Problem is, the hospital has rules and some of the shots they want to capture violates Cedar-Sinai's protocol. Sources say the family is going back and fourth with the hospital to come to a mutual agreement.

This story - and the baby - are still developing.
