DMX, Lawsuit: Nightclub is Suing for Missed Meet-And-Greet
DMX is in trouble -- again. A nightclub is suing the oft-maligned rapper for skipping out on a gig they booked him for.
According to TMZ, Owls Nest Sports Lounge has filed a suit in South Carolina alleging that they paid X to do a meet-and-greet last August 25, but that he never showed.
Get this -- it only cost the club $3,000.
Still, they want their initial $3k fee back, as well as money for their expenses, which is said to include $45 bottles of gin and $50 for a bartender.
At $3,000, it sounds like much ado about nothing. But whatever, get your money, dudes.
DMX was arrested in South Carolina last month for driving without a license.
