Davina Oriakhi, a London based singer, songwriter and poet, has one message for you, and that's to love yourself in the midst of these trying times.

She conveyed that important message through her new song and video "F.S.L.S," an acronym that stands for "Find Self Love Self."

The visuals, directed by Loraa White, find the talented wordsmith strolling through some sunny streets, looking as cheerful and upbeat as the message in the song itself.

"What do you say when there's no one listening? / What do you see when your eyes are shut? / What do you hear when there's no one speaking? / Where do you go with no destination? / And with no competition do you work as hard? / And without any labels do you know who you are? / Do you love yourself?" she asks in the cut.

"F.S.L.S." is the second single from Oriakhi's debut album Love To A Mortal, which drops on July 28 and she said writing it was a complete learning experience.

"The process of writing the entire LP involved a journey of self-love, self-discovery and self acceptance," she said in a press statement. "And this short, sweet song 'F.S.L.S.' encapsulates the questions I asked and the lessons I learned."
