One of music's biggest mysteries is when D'Angelo's long-awaited follow-up to 2000's classic 'Voodoo' album will arrive. There's no word on  a release date, but at least there's confirmation he's working on it.

The singer showed off some groovy videos of him at work with some live instrumentalists. Producer Russell “The Dragon” Elevado debuted videos featuring guitarists Pino Palladino and James Gadson while D'Angelo flexes his singing skills in the background.

D'Angelo's third album was originally rumored to be titled 'James River.' There's no word if that's the official title, but regardless, this will be his first album in 14 years.
