After Chief Keef went global with Chicago's booming drill rap sub-genre last year, the likes of Chance The Rapper and Vic Mensa are introducing the world to a less-threatening, yet equally exciting, side of the Windy City's hip-hop scene.

The Save Money pair are obviously the main draw on fellow Chi-Town upstart Mick Jenkins' new 'Crossroads' single. Each MC coasts over the smooth, sorrowing OnGaud production, but it's Chance who delivers the highlight moment with a goo-goo ga-ga verse that's pretty ridiculous, even by his own standards:

"Lotta leprechauns done lied about their pot of gold/ I'm 'bout my green like an avocado guacamole."

While we await more from Mick, check out his 'Trees and Truths' mixtape over on DatPiff.
