Chance the Rapper came through for a terminally ill teenager in Chicago. Last Thursday (Aug. 17), the benevolent rhymer gifted a local teen named Heidi Hernandez tickets to a Coldplay concert at Soldier Field.

ABC7 reports that the 17-year-old, who is suffering from primary sclerosing cholangitis, received special tickets to see her favorite band that night. Hernandez credits Coldplay for helping her get through difficult times with her debilitating disease.

“I got into a really bad depression where I wouldn’t even be able to go to school. And I just started listening to [Coldplay’s] music and it made me feel a lot better,” she said.

On Saturday (Aug. 20), Hernandez received another special gift -- a suprised visit from Coldplay frontman Chris Martin. The lead singer visited Lou Malnati's Pizzeria where Hernandez works at. The two had a chit-chat and took selfies at the restaurant. But that's not all!

Martin invited Hernandez, her boyfriend and the restaurant manager to fly out to Seattle and watch Coldplay perform at their Sept. 23rd show. The Grammy-winning singer promised them front row seats as well.

In addition, Martin also gave Hernandez tickets to Bruno Mars' Saturday concert at the United Center. Talk about the gift that keeps on giving.

Salute to Chance the Rapper and Chris Martin!
