Considering their penchant for creating songs with an old school feel and groovy '70s soulful vibe, you'd think Bruno Mars and Mark Ronson would have worked together far more than they have. They've finally connected on their new song, 'Uptown Funk,' off of Ronson's forthcoming album, 'Uptown Special,' and the result is definitely worth a listen.

For the song's visuals, Mars is in full-on throwback mode, complete with a hot pink blazer and square-framed sunglasses, as he and his Hooligans dance in front of a Lincoln town car.

As far as the famed U.K. producer, he makes sporadic appearances in the video, but looks just as cool. He and the 'Just the Way You Are' creator hit up the salon to touch up their 'do before hitting the town.

Most of the shots take place at what looks to be a TV sound stage resembling an East Coast town like Philadelphia or New York, but the palm trees in the background give it away that they're playing it up for the cameras.

At the end of the clip, Mars and Ronson hit the stage for a performance shot in a small smokey club. Everyone manages to hit all of their well-timed choreography -- even though the stage looks minuscule.

'Uptown Special' hits stores on Jan. 27, and contains either production or writing from big dogs like Drake and Kanye West. Both Mars and Bronson will be the musical guests on 'Saturday Night Live' this coming weekend on Nov. 22.
