It looks like Bobbi Kristina Brown, the daughter of Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown, is making progress and on the road to recovery after being found unresponsive in a bathtub in her Georgia home more than three months ago.

Several days ago, Bobby Brown told concert-goers at the Verizon Theater in Grand Prairie, Texas, that “Bobbi is awake. She’s watching me.” Now the Houston family attorney Christopher Brown is clarifying her father's comments and confirming that Bobbi Kristina has indeed opened her eyes, but still has a long road to recovery.

Attorney Christopher Brown reveals Bobbi Kristina is now officially in the rehabilitation process, however, “the quality of her life will not be known for years to come."

Unfortunately, Bobbi Kristina was found in a bathtub much like her Grammy Award-winning mother. Houston was found face-down and unresponsive in a bathtub in a Beverly Hills hotel room on Feb. 11, 2012. She later died. Thus, Bobbi Kristina’s unfortunate state has naturally taken its toll on both the Houston and Brown family.

Bobby Brown was recently forced to return to show business and perform due to legally binding contracts although his daughter remains in the hospital. His wife, Alicia Etheredge-Brown, said her husband spoke openly to his fans about Bobbi Kristina to remain positive. He “made an attempt to correct the negative comments he must endure on a daily basis from both family and the public regarding his daughter's medical condition,” she said.
