Beastie Boys Suffer New Song Leak, Announce Live Stream
With less than two weeks left until the release of the Beastie Boys' really-long-awaited new album 'Hot Sauce Committee, Pt. 2,' the hip-hop trio have again been sabotaged. Another track from the album, titled 'Say It,' has leaked online. The lo-fi, hardcore rap can also be heard playing at the end of the 'Fight for Your Right Revisited' videos, released online yesterday (April 21).
The trio has run into problems with songs from the 16-track album prematurely hitting the Internet. Earlier this month, the Beasties were forced to release 'Make Some Noise' as the album's first single after it leaked. Mike D posted the track to the band's website, noting
it "wasn't really part of the plan." 'Tadlock's Glasses' and 'Lee Majors Come Again' -- the latter bears a similar sound to 'Say It' -- also leaked soon after.

'Hot Sauce Committee, Pt. 2' is set for release on May 3 via Capitol Records. In the meantime, the Beastie Boys announced -- "LISTEN, LISTEN TO THE BEAT BOX, MAKE SOME NOISE MSG" -- a livestream event on their site starting at 10:30AM EST on Saturday (April 23). Whether "MSG" stands for a one-off concert at the famed NYC venue or is an abbreviation of the word "message," will be revealed tomorrow.
