As previously reported, Queens, N.Y. rapper AZ has announced that he's reissuing his classic debut 'Doe or Die' for the album's 15th anniversary. The album is set to drop on October 10, but AZ already has plans on commemorating the re-release with a special show with cohort Cormega.

AZ and Cormega -- along with Donny Goines and Willie the Kid -- will come together at New York's Santos Party House for a special show on September 1. "I just wanted to give back to the peoples that been holding me down for 15 years, [and also] just to keep the AZ brand alive," he said. "With so much going on in the hip-hop game, [and] it becoming a hustle, I just wanna keep the name alive, keep the brand alive, keep the 'Doe or Die' alive, ya know."

As AZ prepares to re-package 'Doe or Die,' Cormega is currently working on the follow-up to 2009's independent release 'Born and Raised.' He's reportedly working with members of the Wu-Tang Clan and a few unnamed newcomers.
