DMX is in trouble with the law again. This time around, an arrest warrant has been issued against the embattled rapper for failing to appear in New York's Westchester Country Supreme court today (Dec. 14).

Judge Paul Marx issued the warrant after the 44-year-old rhymer had previously missed a court date in October concerning back child-support payments to his ex-wife, Tashera Simmons. DMX fired his business manager at the time for mismanaging his funds. He had told the judge he was setting up live events to begin paying back what he owed. The current warrant was issued while the "Party Up" rapper was performing at his DMX-mas event in Las Vegas at the Foxtail Nightclub, instead of showing up in court.

According to Bossip, DMX was to reveal all off his assets Monday (Dec. 14). When the rapper failed to show the judge apologized to Tashera. She also told Bossip that X has made one payment to her thus far, with the next being done Dec. 15.

Ironically enough, DMX celebrates his 45th birthday on Friday (Dec. 18). Let's hope that X won't spend his born day in jail.

Attorney for DMX had no comment on the matter.
