After revealing that she and hubby Swizz Beatz are expecting their second child this year, Alicia Keys has finally revealed she'll have a family of four in December.

"December album? Well, I know one thing. I'm having a December baby," she told the AP when asked about the chance she'll be releasing new material soon.

While we now know that this family will likely be ringing in the new year with a newborn, Keys is still mum about the sex of the child. However, she did share that both her and Swizz already know whether they'll be welcoming a boy or a girl into their life.

Meanwhile, their son, 4-year-old Egypt, seems to following in his parents' footsteps. "He's a little music fanatic," the songstress said during the launch event for the new Givenchy fragrance, Dahlia Divin, at Macy's in New York City. "He has all this rhythm. He loves to dance. He can play drums. He can beatbox. I think that you do see how just the influence of music and perhaps it is in the DNA, and perhaps it is a part of the magic of what's inside of the parents that it's coming through him."

And while Keys is focused on her family at the moment, she's still sticking to her musical roots, serving as a mentor for Pharrell's team on 'The Voice.' Plus, the 33-year-old is meticulously crafting her sixth album, which serves as a follow-up to 2012's 'Girl On Fire.' "What I know for a fact is it's the best music I've ever done in my life yet and it's really exciting to be able to have this kind of growth, this type of opportunity," she explained. "The music's actually pretty much done already and so you'll be hearing some of it soon."
