The 13th annual A3C Festival and Conference kicks off today (Oct. 4) in Atlanta. The next three days will be filled with panel discussions about hip-hop, technology and the music business.

Wednesday's panels include Artist's Essential Guide to Hip-Hop, How to Make Money Making Beats Online, PR in the World of Social Media and more. There will also be a special Combat Jack Show podcast interview with former Loud Records founder Steve Rifkind.

Thursday's panels include Podcasting Is a Big Business, Police Brutality and Racial Profiling, a "Meet & Greet" with producer Zaytoven, a Mental Health panel, Breaking Down the Beat with DJ Toomp, Social Activism and Hip-Hop and more. There will also be a special On One LIVE Podcast with Angela Rye as well.

The music festival portion of the event will take place this weekend. On Saturday (Oct. 7), rappers Rich Homie Quan, Kap G, G Herbo, DJ A-Trak, DJ Drama and Don Cannon, Project Pat, Zaytoven & Friends will hit the stage.

On Sunday (Oct. 8), Nas, Ghostface Killah and Just Blaze are the main headlining acts along with dead prez, Masta Ace, Kool Keith, Your Old Droog and more rocking the mic.
