Controversial Miami rap group 2 Live Crew have announced that they will be embarking on their first Australian tour, ringing in the New Year and bringing fans a "hot and nasty" Christmas.

Though founding member Uncle Luke is no longer a member of the group, Brother Marquis and Fresh Kid Ice said they are excited to launch their 5-date tour, which includes shows in Perth, Sydney, New South Wales and two nights in Melbourne, one of which is on New Year's Day.

"We are ready for Australia," said Fresh Kid Ice. "We hope they're ready for us! We'll be playing the old hits and the new songs, and since it's a 2 Live Crew show, anything can happen."

The group will be performing classics from their catalog like 'Me So Horny,' 'We Want Some P----' and 'Face Up, A-- Down,' alongside new material from their forthcoming album 'Just Wanna Be Heard.' "We're looking forward to it," Brother Marquis added. "We're doing it old school, playing all the hits, some new stuff, and it's all full of energy. With 2 Live Crew it's start fast, then a fast song and more fast songs. We line 'em up back to back."

The tour begins on December 26th in Perth and concludes in Melbourne on Jan. 8. For more info, click here.
