Vote for Your Favorite DJ in McDonald’s Flavor Battle

The fifth annual McDonald's Flavor Battle is underway and there are six competing DJs vying for the chance to be crowned the 2015 Flavor Battle DJ Champion.

For those unfamiliar with the Flavor Battle contest, it's a national battle competition that showcases DJ's mixing skills, technique, performance flow and crowd appeal to a wide array of viewers. The competition begins with 12 DJs from the East Coast, West Coast and Central region as they battle it out online.

Currently, the competition is in Phase 2, where six DJs are now competing for three winning slots. After another round of voting, three DJs will be left to win the ultimate prize.

The finalists from each region then move on to the Flavor Battle finale in New York for the ultimate prize of $10,000 and be crowned the Flavor Battle DJ Champion. The battle includes a sweepstakes where one grand prize winner will get the chance to win an all-exclusive VIP experience for two to the Flavor Battle Finale during the 2015 Global Spin Awards Weekend in New York on Nov. 15.

The legendary DJ Clark Kent will serve as the host of the Grand Finale event while DJ Skribble, DJ Shiftee, DJ Jazzy Joyce and the 2014 Flavor Battle champion, DJ R-Tistic, will be the judges. In addition, Power 105 The Breakfast Club’s Angela Yee will be on hand as the event's social media correspondent for the Flavor Battle Competition.
