Some of music's biggest names will come together for a tribute song dedicated to the late King of Pop. According to reports, Usher, Whitney Houston, Wyclef, Lionel Richie, and other musicians are all on board to re-make Michael Jackson's 'Will You Be There.'

Shawna King, wife of journalist Larry King, is said to be facilitating the tribute and will lend her voice to the song. King also said that she is not sure if Jennifer Hudson, who performed at Jackson's memorial, will participate in the song as she recently gave birth to a baby boy.

Other musicians said to be involved include Jackson's older brother, Jermaine. The singer is planning a separate global tribute to his brother on September 26 in Vienna, Austria. The three-hour concert will reportedly feature 15 to 20 of Jackson's song. The line-up for the show will be released in the next couple of weeks.

Since his death on June 25, several musicians have paid homage to the late entertainer. Cable network BET dedicated their annual awards show to Jackson's legacy. Both Jackson's sister Janet and their father Joe, were on hand for the event.

Proceeds from 'Will You Be There,' will benefit the Larry King Cardiac Foundation as well as an unnamed charity close to Jackson.
