Urban Research x New Balance H710

Urban Research looks to soften up the rugged feel of the New Balance H710 with their latest collaboration. Interestingly, they didn't change the DNA of the model but gave it a lighter palette that doesn’t compromise its build.

For this release the boutique brand cast the shoe in shades of tan suede and mesh, making it’s profile feel less aggressive. The model itself was reworked by New Balance and given a Vazee midsole for a streamlined feel and with the outsole being colored light grey it really emphasizes that new curvaceous quality. It’s a subtle take on the silhouette and it works out well in the end for both brands.

The Urban Research x New Balance H710 is set to arrive at retailers on Feb. 12 and will run you $133 a pair.
