With so many moving parts in the music industry, it's easy to lose track of those behind the scenes making the music you love to hear. We're not talking about the producers and beat makers, we're talking about the musicians themselves‚ the ones live on the drums or trumpets or trombones, who play an intricate part in bringing your favorite songs to life. One of those musicians is trombonist Jeff Bradshaw.

For the past 25 years, Bradshaw has dazzled music lovers with eargasms alongside some of today's biggest names including Michael Jackson, Jay-Z, Erykah Badu, Jill Scott and Kirk Franklin. But he's been his own claim to fame with the release of four albums over the past 13 years.

Bradshaw was recently diagnosed with an unusual case of Diverticulitis Disease, which causes "small, bulging pouches develop in the digestive tract," as defined by the Mayo Clinic. According to his the great trombonist's team, "this illness has caused major intestinal challenges for Bradshaw, who was recently hospitalized and who will have to undergo numerous intensive treatments." Unable to work, Jeff and his family are calling on the music world for help. "Hoping to raise awareness for his plight, as well as funds for his growing medical costs," Bradshaw has launched a GoFundMe campaign.
