It’s been nearly ten years since the founding members of Three 6 Mafia have performed together, but it looks like the group is getting back together. According to Three 6 member Crunchy Black, the legendary Memphis rap group is reuniting this summer.

In an interview with Murder Master Music Show, Black revealed that he, along with the remaining members DJ Paul and Juicy J will perform together at the Gathering of the Juggalos event on July 20.

This will be the first time the original members will have performed together on a concert stage. There's no word if Gangsta Boo will join the trio. Sadly, two of the founding Three 6 Mafia members Lord Infamous and Koopsta Knicca passed away in 2013 and 2015, respectively.

“Juicy J reached out to Paul and Paul reached out to me,” Crunchy Black says of the reunion concert. "A lot of people want to see us three back together doing shows, so we finna do a couple shows and see if it will work out right and then after that then we don’t know how far it might go."

Last year, Juicy J hinted of a Three 6 Mafia reunion in our exclusive interview with him.

"Of course as one of the founders of Three 6 Mafia I would like to see the group get back together," he said. "But I am definitely thinking about it and would like to see it happen."
