New Orleans rapper-turned-entrepreneur Percy "Master P" Miller is planning a Super Bowl benefit concert that will raise money to rebuild Haitian schools in the aftermath of the country's devastating 7.0 earthquake. The former rapper and No Limit Records founder witnessed the disaster of Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans and has since dedicated much of his time towards humanitarian efforts
