T-Pain Defends His Auto-Tune Michael Jackson Cover
Auto-Tune king T-Pain has received his fair share of criticism for his questionable cover of Michael Jackson's classic 'P.Y.T.' for Quincy Jones' upcoming tribute album 'Q: Soul Bossa Nostra.' Pain recently jumped on Twitter to defend his take on the song, which also features crooner Robin Thicke, claiming that his appearance was at the request of both legendary producer Jones and the late great King of Pop himself.
"If Quincy jones tell you he want you to do something, no matter how much sh-- you know ur gonna get from the dumb a--es in the world, you god d--- do it," Pain tweeted. "I had the pleasure of meeting MJ and when I left his house I got a call from his lawyer telling me that MJ wanted me to remake that song. So everybody that's being overly disrespectful, you don't have to like me at all, but you also can keep that bulls--- to yourself."
