Looks like the month of October is bringing Soulja Boy an unexpected run of bad luck. First came his arrest last week for fleeing from police upon being spotted in a vacant Georgia home. Now, the 19-year-old rapper is in hot water with his Los Angeles landlord.

The "Kiss Me Thru the Phone" star is accused of owing nearly $10,000 in unpaid bills to the landlord of a luxury L.A. apartment complex. TMZ.com obtained the landlord's late-September letter to Soulja Boy, which detailed tenants' complaints of noise disturbances and guests wandering the hallway (dare we say it was Rosa Acosta and her gaggle of friends?).

The rapper is in direct violation of his lease agreement, according to the letter: "We were notified that [Soulja Boy] had over 10 cars parked in guest parking on the evening of September 25th. This is a violation of [the] lease ... which states, 'You may have no more than two overnight guests at a time unless we provide specific approval.'"

The landlord followed up less than a week later with a bill for $9,376.10 in unpaid rent and late fees.

For a teen who rocks a handful of gleaming chains and diamond bracelets, we'd think he'd understand Golden Rule 101 of this rap game: business before pleasure.
