Over the past week, the music world has been an eventful one. So far, a slew of high-profiled tracks have been released, including songs from Gunplay, Slaughterhouse and YG, which made our Songs of the Week lineup just seven days ago.
The end of the month is right around the corner and the music keeps coming at a rapid pace, but a few songs out of the new releases managed to pique our interest.

Joe Budden may be known more for his social media antics than his music for the past few years, but the New Jersey rhymer has kept his nose to the grindstone and been consistent as any indie artist of his stature. He drops off his new release, "Broke," which is the lead-single from his upcoming album, All Love Lost, which is due to arrive in stores on Sept. 25.
Listeners get a dose of Timbaland on Kirko Banz's latest cut, "Worry Bout It." Containing a sample of Ginuwine's 1996 hit, "Pony," the track is melodic turn-up music and is sure to get people hyped up for new work from the Texas young gun.
Talented Brooklyn lyricist Maffew Ragazino looks to swoop in and hit listeners unexpectedly with his latest release, 8 Million Stories. The EP features stories about life in his poverty-stricken Brownsville neighborhood. While the whole project is nothing but quality, the real treat is the standout track, "Summer Nine Five," which is sure to get your head-bopping and reminiscing on years past.
