Sneaker of The Week: Nike Air Foamposite Pro Pure Platinum

Kanye’s run with adidas has been amazing but nothing will erase the memory of his tenure at Nike. More than the models themselves, he produced some iconic colorways that have transcended the models they were attached to and popped up on various other silhouettes. The Nike Air Foamposite Pro, for instance, has been a benefactor before and comes back yet again with a colorway that is so Kanye we had to make it our Sneaker of The Week.

The Nike Air Foamposite series already has a pretty dedicated following, but the worlds colliding has only made the gravitational pull towards the shoe stronger. The technical name for the color applied to the shoe is "pure platinum" but as previously stated this style feels eerily close to the Kanye colorway. If the hits of wolf grey and dark crimson can’t convince you, then the glow-in-the-dark outsole should be a dead giveaway.

This Nike Air Foamposite Pro ‘Yeezy’ colorway is available today at select Nike retailers including Oneness but hurry as it probably won’t be on shelves for long.
