Shoe Gallery put together this pair and while red shoes usually get lumped into the 'influenced by Kanye' pile these draw their inspiration from an actual asthma pump itself. The colorway is comprised of red leather and suede build with grey accents bearing the phrase 'Need Air?' on the tongue.
