If you're one of those people who can't seem to put down your cell phone, be on the lookout because Raury is coming for you.

The Atlanta native, who's making a name for himself as a stellar singer, songwriter and rapper, debuts a visual PSA centered on America's obsession with technology. Playing in the background is his song "Seven Suns," off his Indigo Child EP, released in 2014.

The clip starts out with the Columbia Records signee standing with a gang of accomplices right before they go on a mission to snatch cell phones from unsuspecting owners' hands. The whole idea behind the caper is to stop people from being dependent of their phones and have them communicate with each other in the traditional way -- you know, actually talking face to face.

From there, Raury and his team run around town and grab the devices, using sheer force and a few weapons. The eclectic artist even carries a sword throughout the video.

As far as the actual song, it's a unique blend of rock, hip-hop and pop, which works wonderfully. Directors Carlon Ramong and John Merizalde do a stellar job of making the scenes cinematic, which grabs your attention from beginning to end.

The Indigo Child EP is currently available via iTunes and Spotify. Catch the crooner in concert on Feb. 24 at the University of Georgia, Athens; at BUKU 2015 in New Orleans on March 13 and 14; at SXSW in Austin, Texas from March 17 to 20 and rock Dada in Dallas March 21 and U Street Music Hall in Washington D.C. April 3.
