President Obama’s State of the Union Speech Launches ‘Thug Life’ Memes [VIDEO]

President Barack Obama is living that thug life. "I have no more campaigns to run... I know 'cause I won both of them," he said proudly Tuesday night (Jan. 21) during the State of the Union address. It was only a matter of time before the Internet took his swag lord sentiment and turned them into a series of hilarious 'Thug Life' memes.

The memes -- usually stylized with the hashtag #ThugLife on Twitter and Instagram -- overlay the president's speech with classic and new hip-hop tracks like Dr. Dre's 'The Next Episode' and OG Maco's 'U Guessed It.' "Hold up, hey / For my n----s who be thinking we soft / We don't play / We gon' rock it til the wheels fall off," Nate Dogg sings on 'The Next Episode' right after Barack delivers those bold lines.

Barack is just the latest person to be featured in a series of 'Thug Life' homages. The Internet has a slew of videos and images of people (and animals) living that thug life. There’s an entire YouTube channel dedicated to compilations of these visuals. Get your thug life fix below.
