Paloma Ford has been making the rounds in the R&B game for several years now. Last year, she dropped her debut album Nearly Civilized and now she’s back with a new single called “Waves” featuring Dave East.

The seductive ballad, which is a reworking of Janet Jackson’s 2001 song “Would You Mind,” features Ford mimicking Ms. Jackson’s coos and come-hither lyrics to her prospective lover.

"I just wanna touch you, please you, show do miss you babe / Kiss you, f--- you, surf you, ride your wave / I just wanna lick you / taste you / make love to you babe / Kiss you, f--- you, ride your wave," she sings on the chorus.

Harlem rhyme-spitter Dave East comes through and delivers his sensual verse boasting about his sexual prowess. "I like to bite, I like to choke / She like my type / She like my stroke, she gets my vote," he raps, adding, "Let's get in the shower, I'm trying to bathe in it."

Paloma Ford's "Waves" is the perfect song to add to your bedroom playlist. If you like the song, you can cop it right now on iTunes.
