The Outlawz are looking to spark emotions with the timing of their next release. The group that was originally formed by the late Tupac Shakur is releasing their final album on September 13, the anniversary of the fiery rapper's death.

Shakur formed the Outlawz, who were featured on his 'All Eyez on Me' album, shortly after his release from prison in 1995. However, on September 7, 1996, he was shot multiple times in Las Vegas, after a Mike Tyson heavyweight championship boxing match and would succumb to his injuries six days later.

'Perfect Timing,' the Outlawz' first studio album since 2008's 'We Want In: The Street LP,' will be released on September 13 via Krude/One Nation/Fontana/Universal Records and be accompanied by the 'Outlawz Worldwide Vol. 2' DVD. "Perfect Timing is our way of turning a negative day into a positive one," said E.D.I Mean of the Outlawz in a statement.

The new album will feature appearances from Bun-B, Scarface, Krayzie Bone, Tech N9ne and others. "The industry and the streets are begging for something real so we here to deliver," added Noble. "It's time for some real soldiers with a real message making real music with a real history to step to the front of this rap game, and the Outlawz is the epitome of just that...Perfect Timing."

The current Outlawz roster includes E.D.I. Mean, Young Noble, Hussein Fatal and Kastro. The Outlawz consisted of many more members at one time but individuals left the fold for various reasons. For example, Napoleon gave up rap music after converting to Islam and became a motivational speaker.

Before their new album's arrival, the Outlawz plan to release a mixtape titled 'Killumiati 2K11' on July 14.
