Nick Grant brings his slick wordplay to a sprawled out mansion in his new video for "Bouncin" a song off his Return of the Cool album that he dropped at the top of this year.

Throughout the clip, you'll find the South Carolina rhymer performing inside the fancy dwellings, while he's surrounded by expressionless, yet attractive women. The video clearly has a dark theme to it and uses things like flashing skulls in the background and a fire eater to bring the concept home.

It's Grant's rhymes, however, that eclipses all of the Halloween imagery and regardless of what's going on in the video, you'll probably pay attention to what he's saying the most.

"Somebody tell them n----- that I'm legendary / We gon' check 'em first like the secretary / Leap the competition, twenty-ninth of February / This double M is all I need / I think I'm Meth and Mary," he spits.

The new "Bouncin" video comes a few weeks after Grant did his thing on NPR'S Tiny Desk Concert and based on his overall talent and the buzz he created for himself, some may be surprised that he wasn't on XXL's 2017 Freshman list.

Regardless, good things should be in store for the Southern raised rapper, because solid music with inventive lyrics usually pays off in the long run. That's also if you have the proper support, which Grant seems to have in Epic/Culture Republic.
