Actor, entertainer, father-to-be and all around busybody Nick Cannon is now adding another hosting gig to his resume.

Cannon has been tapped to host CBS Radio's new weekly countdown show, 'Cannon's Countdown.' The nationally syndicated show, debuting during the weekend of April 23, will include a variety of music coupled with celebrity interviews.

The run-time will be four hours for pop stations, while hip-hop/R&B outlets will be cut down to three hours at a time. "Last week I spoke with Britney Spears and I had Chris Brown in the studio before that. Whatever is happening in pop culture, I'm there," Cannon explained to Billboard. "CBS Radio has been an incredible partner. With the success we've had with my morning show, I'm thrilled to have the opportunity to reach radio listeners nationwide."

'Cannon's Countdown' will debut in 24 cities across the U.S., including New York, Las Vegas, San Francisco, Chicago and Atlanta. A new website, CannonsCountdown.com, will also be launched in tandem with the show, giving fans weekly lists of the most popular songs across the country.

The 30-year-old entertainer currently has his plate full with family and work duties. He is expecting twins with his wife Mariah Carey and in the meantime stays busy with numerous industry projects. He is the chairman of Teen Nick and host of his own morning radio show 'Rollin' With Nick Cannon.' On April 11, he will release a free comedy mixtape 'Children of the Corn" with features from Talib Kweli and Akon.

Last week, Cannon dropped the project's first single, 'I'm So Wack.' In it, he takes jabs at critics who rag on him for his mediocre rapping talents.
