Nick Cannon and Mariah Carey are celebrating their five-year wedding anniversary this April, and the former decided to pay tribute by referring to an old school sort of love on 'Dance Floor.' The song is his first single since 2013's 'Me Sexy.'

The new song's video is pretty explicit in its early 2000's R&B references, and that's not just because of the R. Kelly 'Feelin' on Yo Booty' sample. Cannon replicates the era's fashion choices and the male-female interplay in the dance routines. The references are in Cannon's lyrics as well: "Remember Tommy Hilfiger polo on my tennis s--- / Remember R. Kelly when he was with / Public Announcement / Remember that first time that you heard a remix?"

A young Carey's photos are digitally-imposed with Cannon's. The clip ends with a wedding photo, which has the words "Happily Ever After..." on it.

This visual is a bit of a celebratory moment after it was announced that Carey and Cannon would be one of the couples featured on February's Ebony issue dedicated to black love.

Meanwhile, Carey is prepping her 14th studio album, 'The Art of Letting Go,' for a release later this year.
