As we get into the thick of summer, Meek Mill has emerged as the man of the hour and has the full attention of the rap world, which is why he commanded the crowd when he took the stage at the 2015 BET Awards on Sunday (June 28).

The current face of Philadelphia hip-hop, the MMG young gun is attempting to go from promising rookie to a certified boss with his upcoming album, Dreams Worth More Than Money, which will be available for purchase at midnight.

Before his album arrived, Meek hit the stage dressed fresh to death in designer threads and jewelry. He kicked off his performance with his buzzing track "Monster," which got the crowd amped up. He then transitioned into his new single, "All Eyes on You" featuring Chris Brown and his new boo, Nicki Minaj, who owned the stage in in a black-and-white outfit. She clung to Meek Mill's arm willingly, making for a picture perfect moment featuring rap's new Bonnie and Clyde.

Dreams Worth More Than Money is one of the more anticipated albums of the year. Featuring appearances from Drake, Rick Ross, the Weeknd, Nicki Minaj, Future and Diddy among others, the project is a strong contender for album of the summer -- and possibly the year.
