Lil' Kim is at it again. Two weeks after claiming that she doesn't "have beef" with "disrespectful" femcee Nicki Minaj, the Queen Bee launched yet another attack on the Lil Wayne-affiliated rising star during a New Year's Eve performance.

After performing her hit 'Big Momma Thang' at the Hippodrome in Springfield, Mass. on Friday, Kim chided the Young Money rapper for failing to respect her elders, referencing her guest feature in Keyshia Cole's single 'I Ain't Thru,' and inexplicably dragging Cole and alleged rival Mary J. Blige into the fray.

"I think this other b---- got a song with Keyshia Cole, right," Kim began. "Coming at me and the motherf---in' other queen, Mary J. Blige. Me and my girl Mary J. Blige about to eat these b----es alive where they won't even f---ing exist no more and erase their f---ing social security number! We gon' remind them who the f--- we are! I'm not playing with this b---- for 2011. I'm saying, we can rock together but, b----, you ain't taking nothing from me!"

Kim then performed her Minaj diss, 'Black Friday,' shouting, "It'll be a murder scene! I'm turning 'Pink Friday' into Friday the 13th!"

However, Kim was quick to retract her statements via press release today, claiming that she will not be releasing a Mary J. Blige-featuring diss record after all. "Contrary to circulating reports, hip-hop icon Lil' Kim will not be releasing a diss record with Mary J. Blige," the press release revealed. "During the performance, Lil' Kim spoke out about how she felt about Keyshia Cole and Nicki Minaj's song 'I Aint Thru.' She did not insinuate a collaborative diss record. There will be no 'diss' track."

When Kim last discussed her issues with Minaj in an interview with Hot 97's Angie Martinez on Dec. 17, saying "I saw her coming in the game like, 'All you chicks that's been in the game for 10 years, move over' ... I thought that was disrespectful." Kim then appeared to be taking the high road, ultimately, claiming that their dispute wasn't serious. "I don't have no beef with you shorty at the end of the day. Beef is serious."
