Last June, Kendall and Kylie Jenner upset a lot of people when they debuted a line of t-shirts with their faces super-imposed over shots of classic artists, including Tupac and Biggie. Biggie's mother, Voletta Wallace called the shirts "exploitation," Twitter erupted with claims of appropriation, and basically, everyone wanted Kanye West to come get his sis-in-laws.

Following the backlash, the terrible t-shirts were immediately pulled, but the lawsuits came anyway. The Jenners were sued by the photographers for using their images of the iconic stars with their permission. Well, at least one of the lawsuits against the ill-advised t-shirt line has been dropped.

Michael Miller initially filed the lawsuit back in July. He claimed the Jenners “misappropriated and wrongfully exploited at least two original photographs of late hip-hop artist Tupac Shakur, slapping the iconic photographs on garments and overlaying them with dubious imagery and text.”

Additionally, Miller said he didn't want to be associated with the Jenners because they are “public relations disasters” citing Kendall’s tone-deaf Pepsi ad, among other things.

However, now a financial settlement was reached, although the amount was not disclosed, according to TMZ. Both parties will pay their own legal fees.

The Biggie lawsuit is another matter, though. That suit is still ongoing.
