Keke Palmer releases her new self-titled mixtape today. At seven tracks long, the new project features tracks that deal with love and loss, but definitely don't take the heartache lying down.

Though only 19, Palmer belts out lyrics with maturity and confidence. Listen to the Kevin McCall-assisted single "You Got Me" for proof.

The mixtape's other single, "Dance Alone," also portrays a preening songstress, who commands her crush to join her on the dance floor.

She put out a debut album in 2007, titled So Uncool, and is currently working on a new album. Although So Uncool was released through Atlantic Records, Palmer is currently unsigned.

Aside from music, Palmer also acts in several films, including "Barbershop 2: Back in Business" and "Akeelah and the Bee." Watch for Palmer's full-length record to drop in the future and download her mixtape here for free.
