K-Ci & JoJo Share Memories of Tupac, ‘How Do U Want It’ Recording Session [Exclusive Video]
With countless songs in his catalog, Tupac would have stories for days about his recording process if he was still alive. Unfortunately, the revered MC isn't here to share his thoughts on past studio sessions, but those he collaborated with are. K-Ci and JoJo, known for their work together on albums like 'My Brother's Keeper,' as well as members of "R&B Bad Boys" Jodeci, teamed up with the rapper for the Billboard No. 1 hit 'How Do U Want It' in 1996.
The singers sit down with The Boombox to discuss how that track, which was featured on 'Pac's 'All Eyez on Me' album, came to fruition. One of hip-hop's most polarizing figures was behind the union. The R&B duo even recorded a second song, 'Toss It Up,' with the West Coast artist.
Watch as K-Ci and JoJo take a trip down memory lane and reveal their fondest memories of one of rap's G.O.A.T. According to these guys, Tupac was far from dull.
