John Varvatos x Converse Chuck Taylor All Star II

It’s always a special occasion when John Varvatos teams up with Converse, and this event is no different. His reworking of a classic silhouette is in homage to his hometown of Detroit, and the Motor City’s moxie shines through.

The Converse Chuck Taylor is the target here, and it’s been ultimately simplified for the purpose of luxury. The model is cast in two leather colorways with a crackled finish that is subtle but will break in beautifully over time. Be it black or white, both are given a cream outsole that comes off tonally on the latter.
