Hip-Hop heavyweights T.I., Jay-Z, Kanye West, and Lil Wayne will finally all hit the stage to perform 'Swagga Like Us' at this year's Grammy awards. Fans have been waiting for this momentous performance since the single hit radio last year.

The record, which was produced by West and features a snippet from U.K. singer M.I.A.'s 'Paper Planes,' is also up for a Grammy nod.T.I., Jay-Z and Wayne are all in the running to receive Grammys. Wayne leads the pack with eight nominations. It was also announced that T.I. will be doing double performance duty and will also perform with Justin Timberlake.

'Swagga Like Us' was featured on T.I.'s platinum plus selling album 'Paper Trail' released last September. The single debuted at number five on Billboard's Hot 100 charts, the highest debut for both T.I. and Jay-Z. It will also be on Jay-Z's highly anticipated 'Blueprint 3' album which is set to drop this year.

Billed as "music's biggest night" the 51st annual Grammy awards will air Feb. 8 on CBS and will feature appearances by Jennifer Hudson, John Legend, Coldplay, and Beyonce.
