Goodie Mob fans that missed their Sept. 19 reunion show at Atlanta's Masquerade Music Park can rest easy knowing they didn't miss out on hip-hop history. The rap collective has just announced dates for their 11-city reunion tour, presented by Guerilla Union, Inc., producer of Rock The Bells and The Cypress Hill Smokeout.

For the first time in 10 years, Goodie Mob will be touring with original members Cee-Lo, Bigg Gipp, Khujo and T-Mo. The group, universally recognized as one of the pioneering acts to bring southern hip-hop to the mainstream, will make their first nationwide tour stop on Oct. 15, in New Orleans at the House of Blues. Renowned rapper Scarface will appear as the tour's special guest on all dates. "The reunion was inevitable," said Cee-Lo in a statement. "The void in today's music and marketplace ironically has become the very place prepared for us."

The Mob will touch down in Houston, San Francisco and New York, where rapper Tech N9ne and Slaughterhouse members Joe Budden, Crooked I, Joell Ortiz and Royce da 5'9 will perform in honor of the group's return. According to Cee-Lo, it's a return that was warranted. "There's a need and a want for what we do and represent as The Mob," he stated. "Consider the tour a mission... an order if you will. The last of a living breed, the Goodie Mob marches on."

Rap aficionados can tune in to the BET Awards, set to air Oct. 27, to receive a sneak peek of what all four rappers have to offer on tour. Goodie Mob will perform live at the event's Atlanta taping.
