Tis the season to give back! We’ve seen several rappers give back to their local communities like David Banner. You can also add French Montana to the list. The New York rhymer donated a huge monetary sum to charity.

According to New York Daily News, the Bronx, N.Y. native was feeling generous after receiving a $1 million bonus check from Diddy. Frenchy, who is an artist on Bad Boy Records, turned the check over to the local charity.

In addition, the “Don’t Panic” rapper donated 100 pairs of Reebok kicks to students in the I Will Graduate program, which helps teens stay in school and get a good education.

Props to French Montana for his charitable donation during the holiday season. He's not the only rapper who was being altruistic this past week.

Ludacris delivered to gifts to hospitalized patients at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta (CHOA). The hospital said this is the third year Ludacris has made the special delivery. "To all the parents my heart & prayers are with you. To all the children I admire your strength and perseverance," said Luda.
