Frank Ocean ‘Channel Orange’ Album: Singer Preps Debut and Releases ‘Pyramids’
Lauded singer-songwriter Frank Ocean's debut album, Channel Orange, will arrive this summer on Def Jam Records. The Odd Future affiliate, whose 2011 Nostalgia, Ultra mixtape invited listeners into his emotional creative process, also releases a new song, titled "Pyramids," in addition to announcing upcoming tour dates.
"Pyramids," clocking in around 10 minutes, is a work that features elements of dance, classic R&B and poppy goodness. Ocean croons of a woman named Cleopatra, who's "working at the Pyramid tonight."
Channel Orange is set for a July 17th release.
