Eminem will make his return to film with a remake of the 1950's CBS series 'Have Gun -- Will Travel,' according to Variety.

The rapper, who made his Hollywood debut in the 2002 biopic '8 Mile,' will star as a bounty hunter in a contemporary adaptation of the TV classic which chronicled the adventures of Paladin (played by Richard Boone), a professional gunman for hire. Eminem's manager, Paul Rosengberg, said that in addition to acting in the action-based drama, the erstwhile Slim Shady will also be involved in tracking the film's soundtrack.

This is a welcome return to career-oriented headlines for Em, whose recent fodder for news has included his sleeping pill addiction, re-marriage and subsequent split from longtime love/nemesis Kim Mathers, and the murder of friend and fellow D12 member Proof.
