Diddy Settles L.A. Assault Lawsuit

Sean "Diddy" Combs has settled a lawsuit brought by a man who said the hip hop mogul punched him after a post-Oscar party outside a Hollywood hotel in February 2007, according to documents posted on TMZ.com.

Gerard Rechnitzer claimed that Combs punched him and pushed his girlfriend without warning outside Teddy's Nightclub at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel. Rechnitzer filed a lawsuit on March 2, 2007, seeking unspecified damages. The terms of the settlement have not been disclosed. Read the full story.
