Sean 'Diddy' Combs is pretty fickle when it comes to his name. The rapper and all-around hip-hop mogul has also been known as Puff Daddy and P. Diddy before settling on the current. Britain, however, will have none of that.

A London-based music producer, Richard Dearlove, who's been rocking the Diddy moniker since 1992, sued Combs citing unfair competition. "He changed his name to Diddy. I was gutted," Dearlove told the Guardian. "I started getting emails from Puerto Rican girls asking if they could be in my video and people were asking me to look at their clothing line."

Combs, who paid more than $190,000 U.S. dollars in legal costs as part of a settlement, will now have to find yet another name.
