Ciara is proof that you can still move and groove while pregnant -- and do so while looking flawless. The songstress commanded the stage at the official Grammy after-party inside the L.A. Convention Center in Los Angeles Sunday night (Jan. 26). She even surprised fans with a new song she debuted in their honor.

Dressed in all-black everything -- including a form-fitting shirt showing off her baby bump -- Ciara let those in the audience know that she had a special treat for them.

"I'm working on my new album now," she announced. "I have some really cool stuff going on. The reason why I'm here and I still stand today is because of my fans... I want to take this moment and dedicate this song, it's a new song it's called 'Anytime'... I want to share it with you guys."

"Anytime that you hurt, anytime you in pain / Baby call my name, I'll be there anytime," she sang while a full band supported her -- violins included -- throughout the moving ballad.

The singer revealed that she was expecting a child with fiancee Future earlier this month during an interview on 'The View.' Last night on the Grammy Awards red carpet, she also shared some interesting information about her pregnancy -- she doesn't have any weird cravings. So no pickles and peanut butter concoctions for this woman.
